1. Brief introduction
SD single pulse bag filter can be used as dust collection and air purification treatments for crushing and packaging cement and mill work settings. If used for collection of pulverized coal and other flammable dust, it is necessary to provide extra flame-explosion-proof facilities and to change some structures correspondingly. This series dust filters are applied not only for he cement industry but also for the metallurgical, chemical, machinery and civilian boilers. he filter bags material is usually made of the polyester material to allow a continuous use at emperature of less than 120 ℃. If temperature increases, an alternative filtering material hould be replaced. The exhausted gas should be cooled down before it is sucked into the dust

The dust collecting efficiency could be up to 99.9%, nd dust concentration of purified gas is less than 100 mg/m3(standard). The main technical erformances of this series can be found on the appendix. hen used at the temperature ≤ -25 ℃ of outdoor in the cold areas, it needs for additional eating device and the shell of dust filter needs also additional insulation layer.
2. Structure and working principle
SD single pulse bag Filter is composed of the shell, ash bucket, ash exiting devices, bracket nd pulse cleaning system. The dust sucked into the dust filter firstly hits the blocking plate at he end of the air inlet, and then the dust particle falls in the dust hopper directly as the inertia f dust plays the role of pre-filter. The gas flow in the dust hopper then goes up and passes hrough the filter bag equipped with internal skeleton. The dust is caught on outer surface of he filter bag and the cleaned air enters the clean room of the top of the bag, and then is xhausted from the air outlet. Indoor dust filtering bags are divided into several platoons, ust cleaning of each row is conducted in turn within a given time interval. When the pulse alve is opened, a high-pressure air is injected into bags immediately to remove dust on the urface of bag. The pulse jet width and cleaning cycle of each row of bags is controlled utomatically and continuously by the specialized cleaning process controller. The structure

3. Electrical control device for cleaning dust
a. control mode
The time control method is used as control mode of cleaning dust. Dust cleaning line by line s conducted by electrical control devices according to the procedure and cycle of cleaning time set up before.
b. the function of electrical control device
The PLC program controller is applied to the device of centralized control. There are two tpes of control which are the automatic and the manual. When performance of SCM is filure or SCM is maintained, the control can be switched to manual control. A side machine
control is equipped to facilitate debugging and maintenance of the control.
c. the design of layout of electric line from electrical control device of cleaning dust to theterminal of inputting line of filter is decided by the user. The explanation of terminations of iputting line can be found from the specification of electric controller of dust filtering.
4. components of dust filter system and their supply
a, Filter body includes shell, ash bucket, filter bags devices, inlet and outlet tubes, dust
exhausting devices and pulse injection systems (including pulse valves, pipelines, valves,
three-connections of gas source, etc.).
b, dust filter is equipped with electrical control device which works generally with set time.
c, ash disposal device is provided in accordance with the needs of users.
d, if users need different cloth material of filter for some special requirements, or need some
additional equipments, for example a heating system is needed when using at the cold region,
a specific note is needed directly when ordering.
