Single rod valve and double rods valve is a kind of new type valve based on the technical need of delivery control and feeding of small and medium-sized solid and bulk materials in the industries of building materials, mining, metallurgy and other industries. It is applied to material ≤ 50mm.
2. Structural features
This kind of valve has simple structure and is easy to operate without choking. It overcomes the shortcomings of the requirement of strong on-off force from the flat plate valve, and the problem of difficult to enter in caused by big particles materials. The valve is easy and flexible to operate using a single rod. The overall structure is welded with high quality steel, so it is rigid, no form changing, long life and low maintenance. It is ideal equipment for controlling small and medium-sized crystal bulk material.
3. Working principle
Single rod valve or double rods valve is mainly composed of the framework and rods. When inserting the rods into the framework, a parallel grid is formed by a group of rods to keep the massive materials outside of the gate. If one rod is removed, the grid board will show a large gap, so the material can enter through the gate. The number of the rods removed is decided by the technical process.
